Updated please for iPhone 6 and IOS 8.4

I purchased the App($1.99). After purchasing the App I followed the instructions to purchase a Dictionary within the App($4.99). The Dictionary(The Oxford Chinese Dictionary) stopped downloading at 20%. Then the App tried to make me re-purchase the dictionary again for another $4.99!!! This App should not be sold until all of the program glitches are worked out. Until then, "Buyer Beware".
